Desconexões constantes

Não sei o que está acontecendo com o jogo. Não é problema de rede, o Dino Storm não consegue se manter online por mais de 5 minutos sem sofrer desconexões constantes.
Mesmo fechando todos os outros programas e testando em diferentes horários, o jogo continua caindo. Já reiniciei o computador, verifiquei a conexão e nada resolve.
As desconexões acontecem do nada, inclusive durante missões, combates e eventos, o que acaba prejudicando totalmente a experiência de jogo e causando perda de progresso.
O pior é que várias outras pessoas estão relatando exatamente o mesmo problema, o que indica que não se trata de um erro isolado, mas sim de uma falha nos servidores ou no próprio jogo.

To analyse the problem, please send us the results of a DXDiag check by registering a ticket with the support team.
To run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool:

Open the DirectX Diagnostic Tool by clicking the Start button, typing dxdiag in the Search box, and then pressing ENTER.

1. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
2. Click on "Save all information".
3. The "Save As" window should be present.
4. Click on "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as DxDiag.txt)
5. Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.
