Corruption in support

Hello,

we have a big situation of corruption in asia 1 and america 1 servers, as everyone know, this game became inter-servers wars, everyone share, everyone buy accounts, everyone use multiaccounts, but only a specific side is getting banned for it, while the other side, we send tickets with real proofs of people using multiple accounts, sharing, doing fake tickets to ban us,we just get reply: "we will investigate" and close ticket without no real investigation or punishement. In the other side, our side is getting banned with fake screenshots, we believe this is with help of one or more corrupt GMs, one is very known as "xxxx" ingame name at america 1, maybe there is more we dont know, our tickets are getting closed without investigations, tickets against us are getting us banned with photoshoped proofs

this issue should seriously be regarded by superior GMs or devs, we want an answer on whats happening, why tickets are not treated equally ? why 1 side is being protected by some GM(s) ?

If rules apply they should apply on everyone, check everyone make justice. If there is a corrputed head in the support team, it must be found an kicked.

If all uses multi account why is it still a bannable offense? because support can constantly track IPs, why only at certain random points some accounts get 30d when others get perm and then other accounts who are also shared with same IP etc are also allowed to be free? if they're banning why isn't' everyone in general held responsible and not a select side/people. Multi account/multi sharing it's similar because at all times they can see who goes in and out, they never randomly check IP only when players do reports they investigate yet some proof of these things will be classified as invalid even when a player asks with suspicion? why is it so hard to check with the said logs?

When a select group of people gets mass banned within a month on one server, is that not at all suspicious to you? @Faye @Highway And the reports keep coming in and coming in until you are flooded with fake screenshots and complaints from both sides, is that not at all suspicious? Then you see accounts being obviously hacked and saying bannable sh-t in global, who is on at that exact moment to screenshot it and report it? Probably a lotttt of people on one side of the alliance playing dirty with a GM friend on their side to win that server. These same exact people do the same exact sh-t everyone else does all across the servers and they get 0 punishment for it. Even with serious proof. Explain that. This is the definition of corruption within your staff and there’s no denying it.

Also I will close this thread, in support we have no corruption. All tickets have been checked by devs and cms. If you have some proof about are you saying send a ticket in support.

Everyone knows, we GMs have us private accounts, but we all are adults. We know how to differences in GMs servers working and in private servers playing. All punishment need proofs, and tickets. And the devs & cms took the verification CLEAR in the tickets.
