claws

hello, I recently got a claws implant to try. I have had claws on clothings before but I wasn't sure if I knew what it was doing or not. at first I thought it just made other people think you attacked them, but now that I have the implant I see it is actually doing small amounts of damage to other people. it even does it when I have pvp protection on. is this normal?
