Is it possible to change the name of a clan through a support ticket?

Yes, but not in all cases, mostly when a clan name is violating our code of conduct, and all which falls in that category.

Can it be change for mere desire? Not so sure about that.

Unfortunately its not possible to change the clan name on request until or unless it violated the game's CoC as explained by GM Thround.
