I suggest that you could register a ticket with the support team. In your ticket, please attach the DirectX Diagnostic report along with the error log. Below is the detailed guideline for how to do it.
Open DirectX Diagnostic Tool by clicking the Windows Start button (Windows logo in the lower left corner), typing dxdiag in the search box, and then pressing ENTER. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear. Then Click on, "Save all information". "Save As" window should be present. Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as DxDiag.txt). Exit the DirectX Diagnostic Tool and send us the .txt file as an attachment.
For the error log, please check your game launcher installation folder for crash log files. This is how to do it:
- Locate "Game Launcher" in the list of programs in your Windows Start menu.
- Click its sub entry "Game Data Folder"; a file explorer window will open.
- Double-click the folder named "gamedata", then "Dino Storm".
- Are there any files named like "hs_err_pidxxxx.log"? If yes, please send us the latest one.
Once you have registered your ticket, share with the Ticket No. via PM.
