Hello Splitscreen support. I haven't played for a few months and recently stopped receiving Dino Storm emails. I've already made several requests to reset my password, but I haven't received any emails.
Some players have also reported this same problem, and it's making the game difficult to play

Hello,

We have looked into this, and our emails appear to be sent and received normally. Please always allow at least half an hour for a password reset email to arrive, and make sure you check your email spam folder as well.

In the case that you are using an automated Gmail inbox, you may want to check your inbox tabs as well, e.g. "Promotions", just to be sure.

And if you are certain that our emails do not arrive in your inbox, please contact our support team. If this would be your first time contacting support, you will need to register a support account:
  1. Go to https://support.splitscreenstudios.com/
  2. Click on "Register" and follow the instructions
  3. Watch your email inbox for an automated email from the support system that contains a verification link; click that link in order to activate your support account
  4. Return to https://support.splitscreenstudios.com/ and log in with your support login data
  5. Click on "Get Help" and follow the instructions
