Ayuda con problema técnico

Hace años jugaba este juego y ahora quise volver a probarlo para ver qué tal está actualmente. Sin embargo, después de instalar el cliente, se queda en la pantalla de carga y después termina cerrándose.

¿Alguien sabe cómo puedo solucionar este problema o qué podría estar causándolo? ¡Agradecería mucho cualquier ayuda!

Hello,

Please register a ticket with the support team and share the log file of DirectX and crash file. To do so, please follow the steps given below.


For DirectX diagnostic File::

• Hit the Windows Start button, type "dxdiag" (without the quotes) and hit the Enter key. The DirectX Diagnostic Tool window should open.
• If you are asked whether you want to perform a WHQL driver check, you can decide either way.
• Click on the "Save all information" button at the bottom of the window and save the resulting DxDiag.txt log file.
• Attach the file to the support ticket.

Crash log file:

• Hit the Windows Start button, type "game data folder" (without the quotes) and hit the Enter key. A file explorer window should open.
• In the File Explorer window, go into the folders "gamedata", then "[GAME NAME]".
• Find the files named like "hs_err_pidxxxx.log" and attach the latest one to the support ticket.
