yeah i totally agree personally i wasnt using any boosters or gels at that time but i can see how frustrating it must have been for those who were hopefully they at least get some free xp gels and boosters as compensation the servers are back now but tbh i dont really see that happening

We are still experiencing issues with three of our servers. We are aware of this and we are very sorry!

Our technician has been working with the data centre in America for days to find a solution. Unfortunately, due to the time difference, this will take some time.

The developers are also working on a solution, and we are discussing how we can compensate you.

Regarding the gels, we can confirm that there will be no loss of time. The gel time is only depleted when the server is actually running.

Que bom @Faye , esperamos que tudo se normalize em breve. Muitos estão ansiosos pelo evento, mas essas quedas e manutenções têm nos atrasado bastante — alguns até já estão desanimados com a quantidade de horas e dias de booster violento perdidos.


De qualquer forma, desejamos boa sorte à equipe na resolução do problema o quanto antes. O pessoal do AM1 está agoniado querendo farmar muitas caixas!

Conversando com amigos muitos estão afirmando que gels, violento de 30d estão gastando mesmo com servidor desligado, sei que seria possível medir isso com print de F11 quando servidor fechar e print de F11 quando servidor voltar, porém se torna bem complicado para o mesmo jogador estar online nesses 2 momentos sendo que não se sabe qual é o momento da volta por exemplo ....

Poderiam verificar se realmente não está descontando o tempo de booster por exemplo ?

Existe também se estão pensando em alguma compensação para jogadores do america 1 e demais servidores afetados?
