Some of our American game servers will go offline for an estimated 2-4 hours on Friday, 8 AM EDT (12:00 UTC). Maintenance work is carried out to fix the hardware problem that has been repeatedly causing service interruptions on the affected game servers.

Anticipated downtime:

• Friday, June 13, from 8 AM EDT (12:00 UTC), for an estimated 2-4 hours.

Affected servers:

• AM1
• AM2
• AM4

Other game servers and services are not affected.

Wir bedauern zutiefst, dass die geplanten Wartungsarbeiten an den Servern America 1, 2 und 4 immer noch nicht abgeschlossen sind. Durch ein Konfigurationsproblem während der Wartung ist der Abschluss der Arbeiten derzeit um unbestimmte Zeit verzögert.

Wir werden euch informieren, sobald die betroffenen Spielserver wieder online sind.

America 1, 2 and 4 are online again. We are truly sorry for the prolonged downtime.

The hypervisor where America 1, 2 & 4 gameservers are running on is defective. The situation got worse over the last days and it resulted this morning that the technican could not start it back up. The gameservers are now migrated to another HV to be able to start them back up. Unfortunatly this can take more than 12 hours.
We are really sorry but once they are migrated the problems should not be present anymore and we can issue the compensation for the users on these servers. We are really sorry for this.

New VMs are ready for the gameservers and currently the database is imported.
Current Import ETAs (can still vary here and there)
- America1: 3 hours 30 min.
- America2: 1 hour 20 min.
- America4: 2 hours 20 mn.

Unfortunatly we have another bad news. The Database replication failed on the America1 server and was not able to catch up until the server broke down. The last backup/replication is from yesterday 20:30 UTC+1.
That means progress made within that 11 hours ist lost

As soon as the servers are running normally again we will roll out compensations induvidially and based on the server. Sorry for all the trouble!

As mentioned yesterday, there has been a loss of data due to technical issues.

This means that your game state has been reset.
If you have purchased items with gold, these will be refunded.
Unfortunately, items and FreeGold cannot be refunded because we would then have to advance the server time, which is not possible.

So: Everything you earned during this time must be earned again.
