allow players to view an items stats despite not having unlocked them yet

currently, if you have not unlocked a gun/dinosaur or the supreme/cyber variant of it, you cannot see that items stats.

while my personal goal is to collect all weapons and dinos in the game, i can see some people do not want to commit to a massive task like that, and rather focus on getting items that fit their personal playstyle. seeing the stats of a locked item and the differences between it and its supreme/cyber counterpart can help the player make an informed decision what to focus on, especially with the cybers and supremes as these items really need you to commit on that one item for a good while to unlock the better variant.

currently a locked item only shows what the unlock condition is. i think this is also important information, and the stats should simply be added beneath that text.

I find it hilarious that we as a community don't have a functioning wiki yet. but anyways there is no reason to gatekeep this kind of info. You can access it by asking a homie too. It's purely a QOL improvement and I like those very much

ah the wiki. when i returned back earlier this year, i quickly clocked that the existing fandom wikia is incredibly outdated. finding information on this game is almost impossible, because the wiki sources are outdated as all hell and discussions outside of the forums don't exist (reddit threads and stuff). so having some of this information directly available in the game would help the player so much, and i am also of the opinion that the game should always have a way of giving the player the relevant information without having to check outside sources.

i wouldn't mind if we as a community wanted to fix up the fandom wikia, i wouldn't mind providing some information to be added onto the site. i've never used it as an editor though
