Hello Dino Storm Team,
I hope you're doing great. My name is Bruno and this message carries over a decade of nostalgia. I am a veteran Ranger from the golden days of 2014, and I need your help to come back home.

My Story in Dinoville:
When I was younger, I lived in this world. I remember riding my Carnotaurus through the Gold Canyons and hunting in Argonne Forest until I finally reached the Volcano. I was only level 22, but I was so stubborn and passionate that I spent 1 hour fighting level 30 creatures just to get precious stones. I couldn't afford to buy new dinosaurs otherwise, so I fought like a true warrior. This game taught me patience and courage.
What Happened:
I lost access to my old Facebook account years ago. When you guys disconnected the Facebook login, I unfortunately missed the deadline to migrate my account to an email. I thought I had lost "bruno.novato" forever.
The Proof (I found him!):
Recently, I created a new character just to search the database. I found my old profile! I even sent a friend request to bruno.novato and the request is still pending. (I am attaching a screenshot of this pending friend request as solid proof). This shows the character is still alive in your system.
My Request:
I am begging you, please, is there any way to help me reclaim my old character and link it to my current email address? Bringing this Ranger back would mean the world to me.
