(Devs Opinion Needed) New update WILL squash non-rex players.

Dear devs,
I was thinking about this new update and if im correct that a cyber-rex will cost half the gc+20k silver crowns or 405 gems and 20k silver crowns...
Then every single current rex player WILL go for elections again as to get the cyber rex again.
Its basically a RESET button on all the elections.
And given how alliances are in this game, any non-rex player trying to get rex or cyber-rex now is kind of doomed.
Atleast before they didn't have to compete with already rex players going for re-election.
But now they WILL.

Cyber rex you can unlock only, if you already have normal rex on 55lvl, have sheriff, you spent 21k sc on your acc and ofc if you have collected 4000 achievement points. When you fulfill all of those requirements then cyber rex is unlocking for you and YOU DONT NEED SILVER CROWNS to buy it, enough u have 405 tiger eyes/ 14k gc.

they stay doomed especially if their clans have no gates. I see more and more lvl55 players (with gates) in low elections. small players dont have enough fame to win elections, it will take them very long time to get a rex this way...

Bcs they somehow need make the Sheriff rank special? How its looks now? 10 years u need have sheriff for unlock rex, and now, even gover can walk whit rex,lol.
So yes, its verry good balanced.
