Combat achievement progress reset after Am5 server shut down last night.

I'm very short tempered so I will keep this as respectful as possible, but you must understand my anger too.

I've had it with this game. I grinded for hours last night killing mobs of all kinds and getting a few bars up to around 80-90% (Specifically coel bandits, brachi, centro bandits, pachy bandits, and the rest was like at half or more) before the sh*tty server shut down and reset all my progress to like a couple hours prior.

Why is this always happening to Am5? The lag, the shut downs; it's insane.

Respectfully, please fix this garbage and give me back my progress that I worked very hard on. Convince me all those hours were not for nothing.

I'll be submitting a support ticket as well, no need to remind me.
