Compact health bar

It would be very pleasant to be able to see our health point without having to hover our cursor over the health bar. During a fight we can see our enemies exact hp but we are unable to see ours. Which is very inconvenient. Say you are having a 1v1 where both player deal exactly 10,000 damage per shot and you have 10,001 Hp and player 2 has 9,999 hp. If you look at your health bar its impossible to tell the difference making you hesitate to deal the finishing blow and letting the enemy run away or even make a comeback.

Nice idea
