Hi, i wanted to know if the permaban could be removed from my account, which was banned in 2016, it's been a long time since that, and I've already learned from my mistakes, currently I've already read the game regulations and I know it can't be shared account, I will not make another mistake. Before I was perma banned, I was not warned about this, if the admins or some GM had warned me or if they had given me a temporary ban, it would have been enough and I would have stopped sharing the account, but they just gave me a permanent ban without possibility of being able to do something to avoid it.
the account has a lot of emotional value for me, that's why I want to get it back.

it's not unfair. you broke the rules and they banned you. You know how many games I play that have similar if not the same rules? They don't always give warnings. When you play the game you automatically agree to the TOS whether you actually read it or not. thats just what it is fam

So it's necessary to review the game's CoC to avoid any potential loss of your account at any stage because we all know that everyone has put their efforts and a lot of time into those accounts. About your account, if you think that the support team has unfairly suspended your account, you may contact the support team for the restoration of the subject account.
