simply test it with gatling. try it first without clock tech and then with clock. the difference is non-existant. i realized its capped at some point but idk the exact number

the thing about clock is that the higher value is, the less difference there is between each higher attribute point.
gat has highest clock so using clock tech on it is stupid, other guns require clock, at least with lower lvl, ofc the higher clock the faster is shooting, even at the end of pvp few shots can make difference who wins, i tell that from my experience.

If you do a duel 1v1 with same implants, excluding precision to decrease randomness. You end up in a fight where the winner lives by 2k to 10k health difference. Sometimes 40k difference if someone is better at using skills.
