Perfect condition??

I just killed one of the bandits for the event and a green message popped up saying something about "perfect condition" wtf is that? It went by too quick for me to screenshot it

cant quite remember it was about 2 weeks ago give or take but im 100% i was hunting (i dont remember what i was hunting :/ )

I saw it while hunting Event Bandits near Watkins. (Where smilodons spawn)

it was before the event, i dont think it relates to any event i was just simply hunting to upgrade
