A small issue after changing the language in-game (after the 15th July Update)

Nothing severe, but after the 15th July Update, changing language doesn't seem to function correctly. I've tried to change my language from English to German and everything works fine except your hot-bar. (active attacks, healing, attack state)

Maybe it's just me but that's what I encountered.
I've provided you with a screenshot.

I believe this behavior has not changed from previous versions. You may need to change zones or log out and in again to complete the language change for all currently shown UI elements.
