Suggestions for chats and clans

Just thought I'd give some suggestions on stuff -

For Chats :
1. Adding the option to insert GIFs in chat ( if possible )
2. Custom colors for the text of Chat channels, player names. ( maybe )

For Clans:
1. Adding the option to have a clan description.
2. Adding the option to have a clan profile picture ( wud be nice )
3. Adding features to manage permissions/abilities of members, officers and RHs more specifically.
4. Adding the option to choose clan colours. The clan tag beside player names cud have colors the clan has selected ig.

GMs usually have specific colors when they write something in chat tho.

The chat is classic yes, but when was the last time there was any update to make it more engaging with random players that we meet daily? We can't have a discord server with players we meet in global or local right? My main emphasis was to make the chat more fun not just with friends or clanmates, but with every player we meet. I've given other ideas aswell, like to make the clans feel more personalized/customized, allowing every clan to express themselves more and organize better, I would like to hear ur views on it if u read it, ty gl.

As i said before, I don't think the chat needs to change... there are so many other things that would be more interesting to change... chat is a way to communicate within the game... and there are 3 chat options: global, local, and clan chat... just like all other games... and anyone who clicks on the name of the person speaking in the chat has the option to see the person's profile and there they can see the clan and other things... stickers? I don't see what would change or what would increase interaction in the chat. In my opinion, the chat is great the way it is and doesn't need changes.

But anyway .. Thanks for your feedback

in your opinion it doesnt need change but looks like in players opinion it needs them

Honestly, this is a terrible idea, and I agree with Evyus. The in-game chat works perfectly fine; at most, there could be a highlighted color for the names of friends, leaders, officers, or clan members.

and whats wrong with having clan description? or clan profile picture :unsure:

A description is fine, but profile pictures become a major issue if they are freely uploaded. Players simply don’t have enough maturity to avoid abusing an image/GIF system.

It would only be viable if clan images were pre-approved by GMs or limited to a predefined selection of available icons.

As for images in the chat, that’s simply not feasible.

Gifs in chat and custom colors is too much. But i cant believe the game been out for like 15 years and there is not something so basic for clans (THE MAIN REASON PEOPLE STILL PLAY THE GAME) personalization.
in my opinion right after the buff system is changed, there should be a clan update. just the things you said, like clan description, profile picture, and other permissions/member descriptions that can help track most valuable members and least active ones.
