For this to work it would be needed to add additional changes for example, why would players that already won sheriff get the same amount of fame as the ones that didnt?

Well it's intriguing idea but it has many plot holes that could be easily being exploited.

not to mention that now the game makes the people that already have everything to apply because of the silver coins achievement for cyber rex

In all honesty, you ain't winning rex in eu1 anytime soon.. better play other servers if you want a quick rex.

Took me totally 1.5 year, 1 year for grinding to max and 0.5 year for rex. All depends on your activity tbh.

1.5 year is the average wait/ grind time in most active servers I believe.

For the rest of the lesser active servers, it's obviously less than 1 year. Take Eu3 & Asia1 as example.

Both are very incorrect. You should either be active in your clan, and you will receive the elections you need relatively quickly, or you can farm claims and not be a jerk like you are. Many members are currently farming claims without being in a clan and won't get shot also. Only when you start to shoot low levels or start draining you'll be placed on the KOS-list.

You mentioned switching from EU4 to EU1. Currently, in EU1 (if I remember correctly), there are some players gaining fame without being killed. Examples include Vik15, Stray Dog, another player with a long name I can’t recall, and the entire Rise of an Empire clan — along with many others.

No , Vik15 is not farming anymore , because Blackangels leaders including a Greek aces leader was worrying that vik15 could block any govy election , so they stopped him from farming

They did not stopped him, stop spreading false rumours about something u have no idea about. Vik farmed enough fame from ores that can guarantee him winning gov election BUT unlike leviathan instead of fighting with alliance and joining / stealing election, he asked for a turn for himself which he got. He's just waiting right now for it to come :v

Overall it depends on the player's activity in most cases. Some can win rex and even sheriff in less than a year if they are really active on a daily basis and contributing towards their clan and in some other cases the player may not be as available.

I have a member on Eu1 who won rex and sheriff in 7-8 months (which is too good considering Eu1 is an active server and elections aren't cheap fame wise) but he was super active for it and he was new to the game in general, but nowadays with the ores farming system if the player is also able to farm fame they would boost their own elections so even those who don't that much time to invest in the game they can still win at least rex much faster than during the old election system.
