it's new, it happens with all dinosaurs (including pve mobs), it happens when you use a skill at the same time and your dinosaur dies

I'm not going to deny that it's fun but the reality is that it's basically a full-blown bug that needs to be fixed obviously.

Thanks for the info to narrow it down. Timing issue that caused it when the animation of the skill is active but not the meelee attack itself at the time of getting killed. Fixed for the next update.
