What is the new Winter collection and when does it arrive at Lily's?

The announcement says:

Winter Collection Arrives at Silver Lily's!
Silver Lily's Emporium has added a bunch of new items to their stock

but it also says

• Keep in mind that the Summer Collection items (listed above) will not be in stock for much longer!
  • We will notify you again about this once the final date is approaching

which is it? Is the new collection coming on the 6th? (I.e in a few hours time)? Or are we getting it later

New Winter Collection is live now. Old Summer Collection is still available as well, but not for much longer.

Items to be removed from Silver Lily's Emporium soon:

• Sheriff hat / jacket / trousers (White)
• Mutton chops (Brown)
• Sheriff Visor (Bright turquoise)
• Circuit board (Purple & Yellow)
• Dragon scales (White & Sea green)
• Supreme feathers (Red & Azure)
• Zebra (Olive & Hot Pink)
