Unignore Bug

Hi,

I am not sure how to fix this problem, there seems to be a bug with the unignore, I have a person that recently unignored me on DS but she still can't receive my messages, we've both did the /unignore "playername" several times and it still doesn't work. also the game is very unstable throughout all servers according to most players... maybe look into this problem?

I have the same problem and I'm on am1 -.- also extra lag for no reason and support just gives the standard suggestions that do nothing.
