Unable to complete the transaction of purchasing gold coins

Everytime i try to complete the deal the “An error occurred, your purchase was cancelled “ pop’s up i verified the infos and all but nothing changes , I’ll try again after a few hours i hope it works by then , I’ll update u about it

Thanks , i did that and sent my ticket yesterday describing the problem am having , am just waiting for the reply , i hope they can help me out
