ticket size restrictions now???

Support has hit a new low. They demand proof and now there is a ticket size restriction on what you send. Would it be too much to ask for you to tell us what the size limit is now?? I send lots of proof and now can't send a ticket with 2 screen shots. Clarify it or I'll be sending tickets with repeated updates to add all the tickets on these creeps who think it's ok to talk filth where children are playing the game.

Hello arachyd,

Currently there is no restriction regarding size of the ticket and number of attachment. Please try to send the ticket again and try attaching Jpeg images. I hope you will not encounter any problem.

I was able to reduce the size of the screen shots but they are difficult to read. I did receive a reply that this is being looked into as my computer settings have not changed.
