i have to say, i'm very displeased with the amount of time it takes support to get back to tickets. i've been locked out of one of my character accounts for over a day now, and i've heard nothing back from support. yet i've seen people who send in tickets for name changes that get their name changed the very next day. my past two tickets took nearly a week to be answered.
it's aggravating to have to wait for an actual account problem to be resolved when trivial name changes happen over night. not pleased.
