don't have anywhere else to go with this, so going to complain here.
i submitted a ticket on december 16th about an account issue. knowing it was close to christmas, i figured it would be slow to resolve. fine. no worries there. i got an email shortly before christmas about support being short staffed and if my ticket was closed, to resubmit it. also fine.
my ticket was closed on december 25th.
i waited until january 12th, 3 days after support was supposed to be back from vacation, to resubmit my ticket. it was a sunday. i figured they had a lot of tickets to look at and it would take a couple days. it is now january 22nd and i haven't gotten even an acknowledgement that they've seen my ticket.
at this point, i don't know if they will even be able to resolve my issue. i understand the holidays are hectic, but it's been almost a month since christmas and almost 2 weeks since support came back from their vacation. i need this ticket answered. taking well over a month to help me figure out an account issue is ridiculous.
if anyone can actually help get my ticket resolved, that would be great, since at this point it would seem support is unwilling to even look at it.
