Ticket confirmation in Support system doesn't work

I was able to submit a ticket after logging in just now. Not sure what could be causing the issue you are seeing.

Turn on/off VPN or DNS whatever you are using. Probably that is the issue

I don't use vpn and how turning off DNS would fix it? '-'

Moreover, I am able to write ticket and upload stuff, this issue was appearing only when I submit ticket.

It worked for me now, it didn't work because I was attaching video file to the ticket.

yea thats what I did, I usually do that, but I have heard from clanmate that its possible to attach video too, so wanted to try
