Recently, some of you have experienced a "downgrade" of some your dinosaurs to level 1.
Support can now fix all level 1 dinosaurs, but you will need to submit them a ticket first.
Your support ticket should contain the following information:
• Your ranger name and the name of the server you are playing on.
• Write "Level 1 Dinos" into the subject line so your ticket can be processed extra quickly.
