I think if you have a higher level avatar, you should be able to sync DD. That is, your total DD is counted across all servers rather than just a single one. Why? It would be 1 less barrier to people going to new servers, and why not?
Here are the drawbacks I can think of:
1) These players will level faster than a new player (Not a problem, because if you already maxed once you know the best ways to max out again and would be faster anyways than some clueless bufoon using brachi and peacemaker)
2) You can make a clan and drain more easily (Not really a problem because low levels can do this anyways)
There's no unfair advantage. It is literally the money you spent time grinding on being able to be used by you, like how if you live in Mexico but go on vacation to Australia you can simply convert some of the money you earned (in Mexico) into AUD.
