Stuck at loading screen

Ok this issue happened before when i got back from my big long break. I've been trying to get into the game for the past hour now but the same thing happens. The loading screen before the log-in window loads a bit but then just STOPS. The little coelophysis running in the lower right corner also stops and i'm stuck at this screen for as long as i don't force close the client. I attached a picture.

Previously i was able to launch the game after re-downloading the client but now the problem is back. It's like every time a new update comes, i'm not able to run the game.

I have seen on the pic you use the client version 310,

but You need the client version 312.

Please reinstall the client.

Yes thank you i reinstalled the client and now it works
So you mean i need to reinstall the client every time a new update comes?

Oh my god i just discovered the problem lol. It's actually the hotspot shield. Whenever it is on, the loading screen gets stuck but now i turned it off and the game started.
