Some of our US and Asian game servers have been offline since 8 AM UTC due to an unexpected incident. We are writing to inform you that we are aware of the issue, and that our data center technicians are trying to get these servers online again as quickly as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience!
We expect the affected servers to return in the next few hours, but cannot provide a proper estimate right now.

Other game servers and services are not affected by the downtime.
