Currently, sites can be only owned by DV for maintenance if they reach excellent yield (400%) which means if the site survives 4 phases minimum.
But on live servers, DV is taking the sites on the 5-7th phases most of the time, the clan holding this site isn't really benefiting from the yield they reached as after 2 or 3 phases, DV is taking it and they need to restart the progress they did all over again without making much profits from the excellent yield, sure they are rewarded with x3 bonus, but still they can also try to survive longer with the yield they reached and benefit from the fame the site produces.
I am simply suggesting that we adjust the sites so DV doesn't have a high chance of taking them so fast such as on the first 10-15 phases of it being held by a clan, so that clan which spent 83k dds can try to hold longer and benefit from every phase they successfully hold it, and once it's been held for too long, the chances of DV taking it increases. But at least DV won't take that site on the 5th or 6th phase of it being held, because then that clan didn't benefit much from the excellent yield they reached + spent 83k dds to maintain a site to simply lose it quickly, then if they retake it they'll need to also pay once again and defend it all over again until they reach excellent yield then to lose it in a couple of phases anyways.
