Server lag in Eu2

Hi and Goodmornings, the last few days Europe 2 server has experianced quite some lagg and lagg spikes.
Is there any reason how to solve this? I got few times kicked from game, if im hunting mobs and i want to press a skill it doesnt respond for a few seconds.
Also sending messages in the chat is very laggy...
Everybody is experiance this problem at the moment and we really would love to see that this is getting fixed.

Since yesterday, the servers for Dino Storm are experiencing intermittent connectivity issues that cause many of you to disconnect from the game. Our tech team is working together with the data center partners to get our connectivity stable again as quickly as possible.

I know how to solve this. Just buy more powerful server

that was my suggestion, and i was told to "leave it to the experts." i've only been playing mmos since i was a teenager. what would i know?
