Replace gold with skins as reward for some questers

For instance, Norah Campbell in MM gives gold as a reward but does not give you any unlocks. For this reason, nobody does her quests. I propose devs replace the gold reward with a skin that can only be acquired by helping her. Maybe they can launch a new scheme, like for instance amazonite means black and orangeish, maybe a "stalwart" line which is a unique set of colors and for instance you get Stalwart ring dots from helping Norah Campbell, and Stalwart Tiger from helping Nukilik.
