Remove the "door game" from this game.

Basically the door game just means running away from combat by going repeatedly in and out of a certain zone (ex: John - level 45 wants to annoy enemy Mark - level 55 by taunting him at the edge of Maujak Mountains by attacking him and quickly leaving to Cold Claw Valley then coming back, immune for a few seconds because of the invincibility swapping zones gives you, then doing this over and over, so after Mark leaves John goes ahead and attacks the nearest gate, just wasting the enemy's time), so my suggestion is to get killed when swapping zones and you are in combat or at least remove the invincibility you get from doing it.
