Red Muscle V.S. White Muscle

So which one do you prefer, please give a detailed explananation and non biased. I prefer white because you can see the texture and it has nice meanings

I like blue best, then red. White I always change to something else. I would like to see some muscle skins with a white background instead of black. I think that would be a nice change.
