Rangers not able to post on the forum

Hi everyone

Two forum users have told me that they cannot post or write private messages, they can only react to other people's posts, which is very frustrating for them because they want to post their questions and interact like everyone else. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Both of them created their accounts a long time ago, and I don't remember having to confirm my email address in order to post, so I didn't know how to answer their question. I'm acting as a spokesperson for them and surely for many others who don't know why, because, ironically, they can't tell us

i think its just because the forum account and the actual game account are different and we need to post a few things first xD
