PTR 1278 Changelog

Extra Power Changes

  • Passive Power charge needs to have an active attack target within 5 levels of your ranger's equipment level range for the passive charging to work.
  • Adjusted formula for gaining Extra Power over damage received to only be based on HP percentage damaged.
  • Fixed bug that too much extra power was applied even with reduced damage received on adrenaline buff.
Changes to "Battle Cry"
  • When used without Extra Power, Fear now affects 1 target (previously up to 3 targets) for 3 seconds (previously 5 seconds).
  • When used with Extra Power, Fear affects up to 3 targets for 7 seconds.
  • Improved target fleeing direction calculation to search for a free space in order to avoid hitting collision too early.
    • This means that if you would fear a target into a wall, that target will flee in a different direction.
  • Added new "Panicked" status effect that is triggered when "Fear" does not find a valid fleeing direction (i.e. when the target is stuck in collision).
    • "Panicked" makes the target follow you for as long as the status effect is running; collision is ignored.

      • Jump Attack: Increased dino damage from 275% to 375%, increased Damage Up duration from 10 to 13 s, reduced Extra Power cooldown from 33 to 31 s
      • Rapid Strikes: increased dino damage from 275% to 375%
    • Centrosaurus
      • Dash Attack: increased dino damage from 475% to 490%, reduced Extra Power cooldown from 27 to 25 s
      • Shield Attack: increased dino damage from 475% to 490%, increased Dino Reflect strength from 25% to 33%, increased Extra Power cooldown from 30 to 31 s
    • Carnotaurus
      • Flesh Attack: increased dino damage from 275% to 280%
      • Carnage Attack: increased dino damage from 275% to 280%
    • Parasaurolophus
      • Tail Whip Attack: increased dino damage from 200% to 266%, increased Discouraged duration from 12 to 15 s
      • Kick Attack: increased dino damage from 200% to 266%, reduced Extra Power cooldown from 29 to 25 s
    • Pachycephalosaurus
      • Flying Headbutt: increased dino damage from 375% to 433%
      • Dodge Attack: increased dino damage from 375% to 433%
    • Ankylosaurus
      • Ground Punch: reduced Stun duration from 11 to 9 s, increased Extra Power cooldown from 27 to 32 s

    • Hammer
      • Rocket Launcher: increased weapon damage from 350% to 366%
      • Weak Spot Fire: increased weapon damage from 350% to 366%, increased Weakened strength from 25% to 33%
    • Burning Colt
      • Fire Burst: increased weapon damage from 600% to 625%
      • Fire Detonator: increased weapon damage from 600% to 625%
    • Gatling
      • Curtain Fire: increased Extra Power cooldown from 22 to 26 s
      • Pinpoint: increased Extra Power cooldown from 27 to 28 s
    • Yager Rifle
      • Burst Fire: increased weapon damage from 475% to 485%
      • Sneak Shot: increased weapon damage from 475% to 485%
    • Showstopper
      • Bean Bags: increased weapon damage from 375% to 390%, reduced Stun duration from 8 to 7 s, increased Extra Power cooldown from 28 to 31 s
      • Power Shot: decreased weapon damage from 395% to 390%, reduced Extra Power weapon damage from 708% to 699%
Other Changes
  • Fixed a bug with the display of the "Emboldened" strength in the description of Ankylosaurus skill Tail Smash; the skill did not change, but the correct value of 250% is now shown (previous incorrect display: 300%).
