Problems Loading the game on Facebook and website

Hi,

I have a friend that is having issues getting into the game by the way of facebook and the website, he says he clicks on the game to load it and goes to a white screen, then refreshes itself and does nothing. I tried to get in the game myself by the way of Facebook, and I can not access the game either. Can someone look into this ASAP, thanks.
