Hello, i had some problems with the verification code to login support these days, and i am not the only player with this problem. i would be grateful to know if devs are aware of this problem, or if i can talk with a GM bya private messegane here. Thank you

We are aware of the issue. It does not affect everyone, for example when I create a new support account, I will always receive my verification email. However, if you are affected, send me a PM with the email address that you used for signing up on the support website (and where you didn't get the verification email through).
