Problem displaying the game at 1080p on a 15-inch screen

Basically, I can't access the game settings or reduce the game screen. I'm stuck and can't play. Any solutions?

alt+enter to leave fullscreen, then you can adjust resolution and fullscreen option.

also you may want to change your dpi settings via windows settings > system > screen (or display) > Scale (DPI)

huh this also happened to me while switching in between monitors somehow ds always has settings problem if you have multiple monitor connected to device and you try switch it between the two of them(or more if someone has more than 2). so yea cant have myself switch by accident while not using full screen...
