Hello!

To send a private message, please click here in forum, on the name of the person to whom you want to send a message. In the window which opens, you will see on the left, down: "Contact" "PM: Send private message". Click on: Send private message. That is all.

Hey Guys,

Hmm.. i think he is not able to send PM because of the restriction for new members.
Please do this :
Stay active in forum.
Try posting in forums in topics but DONT spam them for getting lots of posts(Posts farming)
After you get abput 10 posts you might be able to send PM
