If the problem persists, please share the dxdiag file with the support team by following these steps.
1) Hit the Windows start button.
2) Type "dxdiag" (without the quotes) and hit Enter; a window will open. If there is a popup asking whether you want to perform a WHQL driver check, you can decide either way.
3) Click on the button "Save all information" and choose to save the dxdiag log file to your desktop.
