Pick up all Option

When we are farming we kill lots of animal in same time. Every animal give 2-6 item and after few hunt we have lots of items on floor. Most time hard to collect them one by one . An example: ı killed 30 smilodon and On floor ı have 25 Low-Pressure Injector. how ıt be; ı click one of them and there could be a second option under the Pick up option of ''Pick up All''. So we can collect all Injectors( same items) by one click. Can ıt be Good?
