Much items for upgrade a dino/gun

I've seen how we need about 100 items to upgrade at least 1 normal dino/gun to lvl 36 and need about 68k dollars

I wanted ask if old upgrade number items and dollars can come back ?
I would be happy if you will think about it.

With the new update, the number of required items and DD for upgrading items has changed and unfortunately they cannot be reverted to the old requirements.
