Monthly rotation of special skins

For instance, put say 3 skins normally sold in flash sales in the regular skin store for a month, maybe add a new class of achievements called "monthly bonanza" and if you complete these monthly bonanza achievements you can purchase the skins (at q5,7,10). Exsample:

November Monthly bonanza: Kill 150 smilidons, complete 20 quests in GF and win 50 fights against players to unlock Amazonite Tiger, White ring dots and monochrome broad ridge stripe!

These would be older skins, so it's not a situation where devs are selling you the newest stuff. They can still be kept on rotation in flash sales. And anyways, are you really gonna tell me that killing 150 smilidons, 20 GF quests and 50 duel wins is impossible for ds players? These are the same people who grinded out cyber rex within hours of release

I dont say its impossible to do so, I just say its useless if you want to put old skins in a rotation since all old players already have them :v

Well perhaps, but old players who have consistently had the GC to buy skins isn't the largest demographic of this game. For example I know a few people who are older players, but they never spend money on the game either out of principle or because they can't afford to do so. This kind of a player will almost never be able to get a premium skin like say amazonite tribal, because the only way is to buy it with gold. With my idea, these players would benefit, as would players who want it but can't get it because it's been like 2 years since it was sold

Well others getting it at a lower quality for free isn't going to remove it from your inventory. Not to mention, nobody ever said that just because a skin is in sales it can't be given for free.
