Minimap Disappearing After Teleporting to Hays

I’d like to report a recurring bug that has been affecting me and several other players for months. When teleporting to Hays from another map, the minimap disappears completely. This issue is not specific to me alone multiple friends and clan members have experienced the same problem

Since our clan holds the gate and we frequently teleport to it, this bug significantly disrupts gameplay. The only way to restore the minimap is by either relogging, or teleporting again to a different map, then returning
This has been ongoing for quite a while without a fix, so I wanted to highlight it in hopes it can be addressed

We have been trying to hunt this one down for a while now, but for us the bug just isn't showing up. Can you please try to tell us more about it?

• Is the issue occurring every time you travel to Hays?
  • Is it occurring when you use a Teleport Matrix instead of using "Travel" from another gate as well?
• Is the issue only occurring when you travel to Hays from another map, like you were suggesting?
  • Does it matter which map you come from, i.e. is the issue occurring when you travel to Hays from any other map?
• Is the issue only occurring while your clan holds the Hays Travel Gate, or can it also occur when someone else is holding it?
• Do you have a window other than the zone map window open in the game the moment you travel to Hays?
