[anchor]IMPROVEMENTS[/anchor]
- Combat timing rework
- Substantial overhaul of the way the game calculates combat activity.
- Attacks are now calculated and rendered with much higher precision compared to previous versions of the game. You will notice instantly how the visual effects and sound effects of shots and hits connect with damage dealt and taken.
- The new system is much less prone to inaccuracies introduced by bad network conditions (the old system could become inaccurate under certain circumstances).
- Weapon rebalancing
- All weapons in the game have been adjusted so that they deal similar amounts of damage over time (dps). Differentiation between weapons is provided through behavior and range of their skills.
- On average, the damage output of all weapons has slightly increased.
- Changed the icon and name of the "cyan gem" loot item because it was too similar to the Jade gemstone's icon.
- Addendum to the December 18 changelog (this change is already live)
- Stack sizes for upgrade items have already grown with the items' levels. Now stack sizes have increased even further; for example, the level 40 upgrade item stack size has increased from 35 to 43.
[anchor]BUG FIXES[/anchor]
- Fixed a bug that allowed clan Officers and Right Hands to promote clan members to the same rank, respectively.
- Fixed a bug that led to the Peacemaker's "Prey Marker" skill to charge the attacker's Extra power bar by too much.
- Dinosaur attack/weapon aim animations now stop more accurately as soon as the attack is stopped.
- Fixed a visual glitch that could cause the graphical "leech" status effect to not stay on the affected target.
- Fixed a few visual issues with the Burning Colt's "Flame Burst" skill, as well as both Gatling skills.
- Fixed a minor bug that would cause the "Your booster is empty" task to show when there was still a single booster charge left.
- Fixed "Battle cry" skill description; the Extra power "Damage up" effect affects all outgoing damage, not just dino damage.
- Fixed a bug that caused some dinosaur skills (i.e. Carnage Attack, Ground Stomp, Tail Whip, Ground Punch) to not incorporate the Focus attribute for calculating their hit chance. This led to increased misses of these skills, i.e. these skills' hit chance now improves with an increased Focus attribute.
