Make early access fame cost dependent on how many clan members there are

I notice that it is 40k DD regardless of the number of people in a clan. The real benefit of this feature is to attackers, who are normally fewer. If you have a clan of 5-10 attackers, then 40k DD for 4k fame seems unreasonably high. Not to mention most smaller clans probably don't have a ton of DD. I think it would be fairer if it was 2-3k per person in the clan. So if I have a 10 person clan then it costs 20k. Of course if you have an 80 player clan attacking they need 160k DD, but between 80 people that's very much more realistic.

Values don't have to be exact, my only point is it should be tweaked.
